Shuffle favorites button not working

Feature Request

The “shuffle favorites” button on the Home tab doesn’t do anything for some reason. Although weirdly enough, the one in the downloads tab works?! This has been an issue for a few months, but just got around to reporting it now😅

    Could you let me know which version of the Jellyfin server you’re running? This doesn’t seem to be an issue for most users.

    “Shuffle all” also does “nothing”. Expectation: it starts playing the whole library.

    Checking with a proxy I see that it actually downloads list of all songs (sends request to /Users/<ID>/Items), but after that it doesn’t send any other requests to the server.
