Playlist downloading not working

New user here with the latest Jellyfin on a raspberry pi 4 with have 5K albums and 68K songs. I have some playlists which have 100+ tracks. While connected via Wifi I can do a long-press on the playlist and select Download. A few songs download successfully but then the next set of downloading tracks shows busy and then display red circle with ! mark. I have not been able to fully download any of my playlists.

Does Finer automatically retry downloading if there is a network error?
