I am wondering if we can have more entry points for this feature? While I can long press a song in the recent and album views to start an instant mix, I can’t do this in the search results or press the three dots on the current playing song to start an instant mix from there. These would be a nice additions.

I note the addition of this in v1.32.0. Is this something that is also available in CarPlay? I can’t seem to see a way to enable it if it’s there.

On carplay the user interaction is very limited, I think it doesn’t support things like context menu, and devs are only allowed to display a list.
I’d love to add such to CarPlay though, do you have any idea on how UX would be like ?

I know in most apps, instant mix is in a context menu but if you consider the Jellyfin web interface, each album and song has it as a button (right next to play). Perhaps there can just be a button to tap for it?

Did some research on the available options for CarPlay, I think the only place I am able to modify is here.
Am going to add shuffle and instant mix buttons for album, artist and playplist view in the next version.
