Alphabetical quick scroll index

Feature Request

It would be very helpful to have a fast alphabetical navigation index across the various tabs of the application. The idea would be to display an alphabetical index along the right side of the screen, similar to what the native iOS Contacts app offers, allowing users to quickly jump to any letter with a single tap or by sliding their finger.

    I assume the loaded full list is cached so if I leave the Artist tab and then come back, the full list is still loaded. Most libraries are static and update infrequently. Likewise for all tabs that are loaded eagerly.

    Just a preview, I am going to add a “Load Full List” option onto the artist list page, and the `

    Alphabetical quick scroll index` would appear once the option is enabled.

    The way Finer loads the artist list is lazy-mode (load more only when scroll to the bottom), I think we could add a eager-mode option to load the full list, and enable the alphabetical index when eager-mode is on.

    I have 651 artists. I need this to find the middle 600 😎

    I upvote this feature which should be visible only when sorting by name. It can be hidden for all other sorts
